1. Are the prints signed?
Yes, every print comes with a personally signed sticker by Thomas Trabsch, giving each piece a unique and authentic touch.

2. How do you handle shipping?
All orders are fulfilled through WhiteWall. Shipping times and costs follow WhiteWall’s policies. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. More details can be found on the WhiteWall website under “Shipping Costs & Delivery Times.”

3. How do I contact you?

4. What if I want a different WhiteWall design that isn’t available in the shop?
If you find a WhiteWall product design that you like but it’s not currently listed in my shop, you can contact me directly. We can work together to create a custom configuration with your chosen photograph, tailored to your preferences.

5. Can I use the photos commercially?
No, the photos are for personal use only. They cannot be used for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale.

6. What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged.

If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact me at trabsch@aol.com to begin the return process. Since all orders are shipped through WhiteWall, I will connect you with a WhiteWall representative who will assist you with the return and replacement procedure.

7. Do you offer framing or mounting options?
All framing and mounting options available are those provided by WhiteWall. You can select your preferred configuration when placing your order.
